Lilly Farrow
The Iron Lilly movie tells the inspirational true story of motorcycle enthusiast Lilly Farrow, who started the A.D. Farrow company Harley-Davidson with her husband, Dale, in 1912. In the late 1920s, after they started a family and had three young children, Dale suddenly died while working in the shop. Lilly is left alone to run the dealership. Despite the hardships, Lilly’s determination and leadership continue to inspire us today. She persevered through two world wars, Women’s Suffrage, the Spanish Flu Epidemic, and the Great Depression. Her legacy remains a testament to resilience by breaking through barriers in a male-dominated industry.
