NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, DONATION, OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE U.S. RESIDENTS, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA AND NEW YORK.

1. Sponsor

The Win a Ride Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the date announced at IronLilly.com and ends on the official closing date published by Sponsor.

All entries must be received before the published deadline.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida and New York, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Winner must possess a valid driver’s license and be legally eligible to own, register, and insure a motorcycle in his or her state of residence.

Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, advertising agencies, promotional partners, participating dealerships, prize suppliers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry, an eligible participant must:

  • Visit IronLilly.com or a participating promotional location.
  • Watch the official Iron Lilly trailer (or access the trailer page).
  • Submit a free, non-binding ticket pledge indicating the number of movie tickets the entrant currently expects may be needed if Iron Lilly is released in the entrant’s area.
  • Complete the official Sweepstakes registration form.

The ticket pledge:

  • is completely free;
  • requires no payment;
  • creates no obligation to purchase movie tickets now or in the future;
  • serves only as an estimate of anticipated audience demand; and
  • may be modified or withdrawn before movie tickets become available for purchase.

Limit one (1) entry per eligible person unless otherwise announced by Sponsor.

5. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Submitting a free, non-binding ticket pledge is part of the Sweepstakes registration process.

The ticket pledge has no monetary value, does not constitute a purchase or contractual commitment, and does not require the entrant to purchase movie tickets now or in the future.

Purchasing movie tickets, motorcycles, merchandise, services, or making donations will not increase the chances of winning.

6. Grand Prize

At the commencement of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor intends to award:

One (1) Grand Prize

consisting of:

One (1) 2027 Harley-Davidson® Softail Deluxe, or, if unavailable, one (1) 2027 Harley-Davidson® Softail®.

Approximate Retail Value:

US $20,000

Actual model, color, specifications, and availability remain subject to manufacturer production and dealer availability.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Additional Prizes

Sponsor reserves the right to add additional prizes, increase the prize pool, or award additional winners during the Sweepstakes Period.

Additional prizes may include, but are not limited to:

  • motorcycles;
  • riding apparel;
  • helmets;
  • jackets;
  • gloves;
  • motorcycle accessories;
  • travel experiences;
  • movie premiere experiences;
  • signed memorabilia;
  • gift cards;
  • sponsor products;
  • promotional prize packages; and
  • other prizes announced by Sponsor.

Unless otherwise announced, all eligible entries received before additional prizes are announced shall remain eligible for those prizes.

8. Prize Expenses

Sponsor shall provide the Grand Prize up to the stated Approximate Retail Value.

Winner shall be solely responsible for:

  • federal taxes;
  • state taxes;
  • local taxes;
  • title;
  • registration;
  • license;
  • documentation fees;
  • dealer fees;
  • insurance;
  • transportation;
  • delivery;
  • accessories;
  • optional upgrades; and
  • all costs exceeding the Approximate Retail Value.

9. Travel

Travel is not included.

No travel is required to enter the Sweepstakes.

If the winner elects or is required to retrieve the motorcycle from a dealership or other designated location, all travel-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise.

10. Winner Selection

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner shall be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing is expected to occur approximately thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes closes.

Odds of winning depend solely upon the total number of eligible entries received.

11. Winner Verification

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant may be required to provide:

  • government-issued identification;
  • valid driver’s license;
  • proof of residency;
  • affidavit of eligibility;
  • liability release;
  • publicity release where permitted by law;
  • IRS Form W-9; and
  • any additional documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, state, voice, photographs, and video for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. Harley-Davidson Notice

Harley-Davidson® is a registered trademark of H-D U.S.A., LLC.

Except as expressly disclosed, this Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Iron Lilly LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Harley-Davidson Motor Company or H-D U.S.A., LLC.

14. Fraud

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Sweepstakes, submits fraudulent information, uses automated entry methods, or violates these Official Rules.

15. Modification or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary because of fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, prize availability, production schedule changes, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

16. Privacy

Information collected during registration shall be used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where permitted by law and with appropriate consent, for future communications from Sponsor.

17. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

18. Official Rules Control

In the event of any conflict between advertising materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.

20. Winner List

After verification, Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state on IronLilly.com and Sponsor’s official channels.
